The Buzzi Unicem Foundation will provide funding for one year for a radiologist from UFIM (Unità Funzionale Interaziendale ASO AL – Inter-hospital Operational Unit – for the diagnosis and treatment of mesothelioma), to help mesothelioma patients through their diagnosis and treatment process. This agreement between the Foundation and the Operational Unit will provide physicians and patients an extra hand to quickly arrive at a diagnosis and evaluate the standard and experimental therapies available.
