Carlo Pedersoli new Vice President of the Buzzi Unicem Foundation

The Board of Directors of Buzzi Unicem Foundation has elected the new Vice President, Carlo Pedersoli, who succeeds Gianfranco Barzaghini.

Lawyer, Carlo Pedersoli, has been enrolled in the register of lawyers and attorneys of Milan since 1980, is a founding partner of Pedersoli Studio Legale (Pedersoli Law Firm) and deals with corporate and commercial law (litigation and out-of-court consultancy) for national and international clients operating in the financial, banking and industrial sector.

He has been a speaker at numerous conferences on corporate and commercial law and has held the position of independent director in numerous companies, including listed companies.
